Mini Sucsess Pt 2

I first started logging at MFP 12 days ago, but did not weigh till a few days in. I thought originally I was 160 pounds, but really was 163. Then within the following week, I lost 3 pounds. As Of this morning, 159! I am just so happy that it's working. I am totally, extra inspired for today:) I'm just giddy!

good! these mini success motivates you on your journey .. try to keep an eye on some mon scale victories (nsv's) too.. they will come in handy when the number is not moving!0

I agree. Next Walmart trip I want to get a measure tape:)

No one ever gets a big success in one shot. You get a lot of little ones that add up. The goal is to have the more small successes then set backs. You are on your way. Good work.0

Thank you for the responses! Feeling good about this, is so important for my long term success. Just knowing that i'm on a trend of dropping it off is inspiring:)0

Oh and I give much credit to the Mfp peoples posts and stories here. I am learning so much on how to do this right for me. I crash dieted in the past and would lose weight and be slim, but could not sustain the crazy diets to maintain and at some point would put unwanted weight on. Took a while to finally "get it". Well, I actually mean "getting it" Smiles to all ya'll and here's to success, healthy and happiness on all ya'lls on your journeys***Cheers***0
