I've been slowly losing weight for the past 4 weeks and I'm officially down 9.6 pounds. I'm very conscious about the weight I've put on, and I wish I could lose it faster, but that's not how it's going to be. I know of course that losing the weight I've gained is not an overnight process, but I am willing to work hard for what I want. I want to be down to 140 and gain 10 pounds of muscle. My overall goal is to hit 150. That's going to take more than a few months though. I will be in this process for more than a year. The thing is is that I see other people posting about how they want to lose 100 pounds in a year, and all I want to say to that is don't put a time limit on your health, you have the rest of your life to be healthy. Take it slow as am I. So that we can all get a better grasp of this healthy lifestyle. Let's do this and work hard together.
P.s. If you need a buddy to work through this with you, we can do this together because I am in the same boat.
