Hi just a quick question. When I have tried to enter my sit ups ect on the strength training section, MFP is not giving me a calorie burnt number. I thought that it would do? Otherwise how do I work out how many cals I have burnt? Thank you!

You log it under cardiovascular. The other section is just to keep track of your reps/sets, if you choose to log that here.0

Strength training is nearly impossible to track and varies from person to person. As stated, you can add it to the "cardiovascular" section to get an estimate. Be aware that those estimates could be rather inflated though.
If you tell us what you are trying to track, we might be able to give you an idea of what you are burning.0 -
MFP's calorie burn for strength training seems more than a little high to me. Besides the fact that lifting weights involves rest time, MFP has no idea what weights I'm lifting and my resulting level of effort during a 60 minute session. I enter a small number just to track that I lifted that day and not to get extra calories to eat.0
