IM BAAAACK!! (reesrachel00)

I lost 7lbs in four weeks while I was on here, but last week was the school holidays and I caved, I was in the wrong frame of mind, didn't really know how I was going to achieve my weight loss, kept changing my mind on how I was going to do it... was so frustrated I quit my account. Then something miraculous happened, I stopped being hard on myself and woke up one morning refreshed, I joined the gym today, bought some Bento boxes and know how I am going to move forward... my instructor is going to help me keep to my goals and I am excited again. I have bought a diary, planned the next couple of weeks out around work and looking after the kids and my mother and I am going to make this happen. I have decided not to calorie count but have a two week low carb diet, eating 6-7 small meals throughout the day and drinking plenty of water... yep I have a plan...

Now how the heck am I to find all my lovely friends again? I am hoping they will see this and add me again and hopefully a few more :)
