Hello everyone! My name is Kara and my husband Jamie and I are out to lose a whopping 100 pounds. We are Gold's Gym members (with a PT) and are looking for other people in/around MO, Kansas City area that want to go through the trenches with us. We are clean, fun-loving parents who are serious about making this giant life change. If you are interested in chatting on here or even joining us at the gym, give us a shout!
PS: Aside from the big weight loss goal, my personal goal is to be able to run an 8k and tone up, and my hubby's is to build muscle and be strong.
