Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm here because my Pilates teacher told me about the app and how you can see the distribution of what you eat. There's no denying that I need to lose weight, but I thought to begin with I would just eat my normal food and see what it looks like. Having made a conscious effort to cut the rubbish from my diet I'm shocked at still how much carbohydrate, particularly sugar, I consume. I've done weightwatchers (many times ;) ) and have always just concentrated on the saturated fat creating (pro)points. I have no intention of dieting again, I just want to alter my lifestyle and get into good habits and having this reality check can only be a good thing in helping me to make healthier choices all round.
