...but the food smells so good! Just because it smells good doesn't mean that I need to eat it. Anyone else have a problem with this?

    Unless it's a food that you will never again have a chance to eat, then it will smell just as good when you are hungry, right?

    Definitely! Sometimes it's a challenge convincing myself that I don't NEED to eat it. Plus it's usually the bad stuff like pizza and burgers that gets me.
