Needs motivation to reach my goal!

Hi I'm a newbie Im 5'7 and weigh 180lbs my goal is to lose 20lbs. I just started this week and it's hard but I didn't give I just need some encouragment from time to time :)

    If you make eating right and staying active daily as a life style instead of a chore or something you have to do, you will see results. Stay positive girl!! Hope this helps!
