-extra calories from exercise today

in Health and Weight Loss
some days before I start my exercise or filling in my food dairy,
it shows this " - 45 extra calories from exercise today" what does this mean?

    Do you have any apps connected to your mfp? If so, you have negative calories enabled.

    If you're using an activity tracker and have synced it early in the day, it's showing that based on estimates you won't burn up to your maintenance number, therefore it adjust your calories down. Once you exercise and sync again, it should change into positive (though be careful with what it says...that estimation occurs every time you sync until the first time you do it after midnight).
