4:3 Diet and Weddings!

I am marrying the love of my life in August and want to start my new life fit and healthy. I am determined to lose at least 2 stones by following the 4:3 diet. I tried the 5:2 diet, but failed miserably as every day became a feast day!

2 days in and I have lost one pound. It is easier than I thought and I am distributing my calorie allowance throughout the day, as I work long hours.

I eat no breakfast.

I eat 200 calories at midday.

I eat 300 calories at about 5pm.

Nothing to eat until following lunchtime, then it's a "free" day until the next day of fasting.

I want to get rid of my digestive problems (mainly GERD) which have plagued me for 3 years.

I want to ease my aching joints.

I want to look great in (and out of) clothes!

Actually, I believe this is called the DODO diet (day on, day off).

Anyone else doing this?
