    Struggles or successes of your week: I'm very fortunate to have a husband that prepares my lunches but he doesn't weigh anything. This means I need to get up earlier so that way I can prepare my own lunch.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Drinking at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day and figuring out what I can eat during the day that is low calories an keep me filled up.

    Struggles- Was out of town Fri-Sun Coaching at Regionals, 3 days on my feet I was just too spent to do any cardio. Partied a little too hard Sat Night and Drank most of my gains.
    Success- Squats are over #200!

    Struggles or successes of your week: I have a friend visiting from Cambs and its hard going out to eat/drink and try to choose the most healthy meals or restraint and only have one beer when everybody else is having multiple drinks and eating pizzas, hamburgers, pasta and stuff like that.
    On the bright side, I started running on Tues-Thurs-Sat. In the past, before I fell off the wagon, I used to run and I loved it. So I'm hoping to run long distances again, eventually.
    I also kept doing bodyweight exercises on Mon-Wed-Fri and its paying off, I think I have more strength now compared to a couple weeks ago when I started.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Need to resist junk food! I'm fine unless I can smell it. Also, I started running (C25K). I maintained my lean body mass through my weight loss so far, and noticed improvements in strength and endurance.

    Loss/gain for the week: None! I've been barely moving and it's super discouraging. My weight loss has been reduced to a crawl
    Loss/gain for the month so far: I've floated between 132-130 for quite a while so I don't feel very encouraged.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I'm upping my protein and slashing my carbs. I'm going out with friends tonight and have budgeted to have some yummy treats but I'm wrestling with the guilt; I feel like I'm just hindering myself. I know it's ok to have a treat every now and then but I really want to get to my goal.
