INSANITY work out

Anyone try this INSANITY work out? It's supposd to be like the P90X but with quicker results. I just did the fit test and i'm embarrassed by my level. Def a workout though!! Zumba classes are a serious calorie burner if you're working yourself. I highly recommend it!

    i'm currently on my 3rd of doin the insanity workout. i was embarrassed myself lol. i hope there's an improvement when i do the 2nd fit test. i dread goin 2 do it (i'm tryin 2 get up off the couch & do it right now) :ohwell: . i dislike shaun t. when i'm doin it (there is somethin seriously wrong with that man... :grumble: ). but i feel SO good when i finish it!! :noway:

    i'm not able 2 go thru the 40min w/o stoppin yet but 1 day i will. hopefully i can lose abt 20lbs (i really wanna lose 35lbs during this) at the end of the 2 months. altho i have abt 74 to lose....

    Insanity is not like p90x......it is WAY MORE INTENSE! :noway: I am on my 2nd round of p90x and I do some of the insanity cardio in place of the p90x cardio because it is more intense!
    You will definately get better the longer you do it.....Keep up the great work!!

    I agree with diamonangel - it's WAY more intense than P90X. It's not a program for beginners, so if you started it and are newer to getting back into fitness, BE CAREFUL! Also, 80% of your results will come from nutrition, so be sure you are refueling yourself with the proper foods before and after the workouts. Your body will CRAVE clean foods. Reward it with that.

    You will get better with it...it's definitely not an easy program, but progress will be made, I promise! Stick with it and let me know if I can help any. I've done the program and now doing my 4th round of P90X.

    well i'm not exactly new 2 fitness and that's y i started with it. i'll do p90x when i'm done with insanity. i have done a marathon (altho i only did 19miles b/c i got hurt doin it :cry: ) & i've also done a triathlon. i'll start trainin to do a half-marathon in august & didn't wanna b runnin and doin insanity at the same time. that would have been too much cardio. so i'm doin insanity then when i'm doin my 2 rounds of p90x i'll b runnin as well.

    u lady's look terrific in ur profile pics! i wish my body looked like that (my actual body is being used by janet jackson right now (the tour body) and i've currently have the loaner HAHAHA :laugh: )

    That is cute "loaner body" lol I want to use that line...heeheee.
    I am into insanity...2 1/2 more weeks and i am all done.
    Wowwy is all I have to say....
    I love to hate it I should say...lol
    I am LOVE it....
    month 2 is kickin my butt..... 1 hour of hard core...INSANITY....
    I can see myself doing a round 2 maybe closer to christmas.
    I am fitting into my size 29 dress pants as of last night again...YEah!!
    I am toning the baby left overs.....and my bp is coming down from it's way high levels...
    I am going to avoid meds....yippy...that in itself is FANTASTIC results already.

    I haven't weigh'd in yet ...but will do so in 3 weeks....after TOM comes and goes ...and when I am done this INANITY!!
