weight loss

i exercise everyday.... my calorie intake is around 1200 per day ... i lost 6 lbs the first few weeks and now am no longer losing weight.... what is up?

    How long has it been since you lost weight? Did you start any new exercise programs? How are you measuring your food? Have you been consistently within your calorie goal every day or have you had some days off?
