Weight loss while on psychiatric medications

Yes, so losing weight while on drugs such as lithium and lamictal can often seem impossible, but I'm giving it a try. I've been at this about 10 days, 3 days recording here, and have lost 6 pounds so far just by watching calories and exercising 5 mins a day. It's amazing how fast those calories add up! So I wanted to say hi and I look forward to company on the journey. If you're also on meds for psychiatric disorders and want to chat, message me. -Siren

I been on meds in the past so I know it can make weight loss a bit tougher but not impossible. Anyway talking about mental health I am diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Pretty bad anxiety (social and general) and depression. BTW love you hair and feel free to add me0
