I started using this app because a good friend of mine told me how she was losing weight and feeling good and her progress, so I decided to give it a shot. It has been rather helpful on this journey but sometimes I still get a little discouraged. I am constantly looking for alternatives for foods I like but aren't good for me.
I enjoy following other's journeys because it inspires me and motivates!

Depends on your goals, but you don't have to give up your favorite foods if you remain within your self-allotted calories... of course some foods are very calorie dense, but nutritionally lacking... you can also be adventurous and find new healthy "favorite" foods... there's a huge culinary world out there and you can still have a cheat meal every week to enjoy an old favorite within reason.0
