What exercise should I do to lose weight fast and what kind of food should I eat ?

    Exercise is for general health, so do whatever you enjoy.
    Eat any and all food at a caloric deficit, i.e. eat the caloric goal MFP sets for you (and unless you are quite oveweight or obese, a 1lb/week goal is probably most reasonable) and eat back at least 50% of your logged exercise calories.

    Losing weight fast generally leads to regaining all the weight and more, just as fast. It's not sustainable.

    Eat foods that you like, log them and be sure that what you're eating fits in your daily calorie needs/goals. Make adjustments as needed - this is a learning process!

    As asa3067 said, do some exercise that you enjoy. There's no magic workout or exercise, no targeting certain areas - just move more, walk, run, kickboxing, body weight exercises, weights, dancing, yoga, etc - just get off the couch. Try different things, something new, you might find something you love. :smile:
