How many outfits does everyone have for working out? AKA. How many days/workouts can you get in before all your clothes are dirty and need washing?

    It depends on the weather.

For running in the winter, I am much more limited. I can probably get two days without doing a load of laundry. 3 if I lose a bit more weight and get into my old winter running tights.
Summer, I can go at least a week to a week and a half.
Gym outfits, hmm, a really long time if I don't get picky.

A little over a week, depending on weather.

Two pairs of shorts and about 6 t-shirts. That's plenty given how often we have to do laundry in a household of 6

I only do laundry every 2.5-3 weeks (yay coin operated laundry! gotta get as much out of the loads as I can!), so I will wear things maybe a little past their expiration date... but things don't get too stinky if I let them air dry right away. Festering in a gym bag... that's another story ;) I have about 4-5 tops that I cycle through for indoors, 3 for outdoors, a pair of leggings that only see the outdoors 1-2 times a week, and 3 pairs of shorts to wear indoors, so... math and things, idk. Lots of outfits, basically.

Three. I will not buy more until those are too loose to stay on.
