I need help with how many calories I need to take in

I have read and read and read and still can not figure out really how many calories I should be taking in. Here's my info. If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

24, female, I weigh 200lbs, 5'6, lightly active, at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday plus some light strength training 3 days per week. I also breastfeed my 7 month old and I calculate the calorie burn for that around 300 as he is getting some solids now.
