I have lost 4st,I used to be a size 24/26 I am now down to a size 16 & even thou I know I am a 16 I still find myself looking at 24s. & then I find my self saying quietly no,no your not that size keep thinking your a 16 now your not the person you were you have to reprogramme your brain to your new size.

I did something similar recently. I bought a pair of leggings in XL and when I got home and opened them, they were too big! I went down a couple sizes and didn't even realize it.0
