Food help for - Vegetarian (wheat free / dairy free)

Hello everyone.

I am trying to loose 30 pounds. I am a vegetarian and can't consume wheat. (I don't like eating dairy either)
I feel like my diet is high in calories, nuts, flax oil and lots of grains.
any help for healthy meal suggestions?

I feel limited.... and crave sugar !!
