How?

For me it is really hard to gain some weight. Can anybody help me?

    Eat loads. Honestly. If you say you eat then see exactly how many calories you're eating. I thought I was eating enough but I was actually only reaching like 1000 calories Cuz I only ate 3 meals per day and that's it. To I was eating - but evidently not enough. I've increased my caloric intake to be as close to 3000 as I can. Really Monitor yourself and be honest to. All the best :)
