Hi all! I'v esuccessfully lost 20 pounds and now have an average BMI. However, I can't seem to see the difference in myself and I feel bigger than ever before. I would like to lose another 15-20 pounds, but at this point is it vanity weight? Will this weight be even more of a challenge to get rid of?

Is it vanity weight? Sure. But who cares? I mean, does it really matter? At a certain point the vast majority of people who are trying to lose weight/fat are doing it for the vanity aspect and not just for health. There's nothing wrong with that.

As for whether it will be more of a challenge, it might or might not. Some people seem to be able to cruise on down to their goal weight no problem and some people find that it is slow going. We tend to hear from more of the latter group because few people are brave enough to post a "Last 10 Pounds - Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!" thread.
