It is exceptionally easy to lose weight if you do nothing more than track your food accurately and use this site's tools.

You do NOT need a pill or a special potion to lose weight, and they are usually quite dangerous.

We try to promote losing weight by calorie counting and moderate exercise. Try that instead of quick fixes. It isn't hard at all, really.

These types of discussions usually do not go that well here. The site guidelines do not allow discussions of unsafe weight loss techniques.

    Warnings

Like most diet pills, SlimQuick contains a large quantity of caffeine. One serving can contain as much caffeine as four cups of coffee. SlimQuick's warning label suggests not to exceed four capsules in one day. Side effects include insomnia, anxiety, irritability and elevated heart rate

One of the ingredients in SlimQuick is dandelion root, which is used for its diuretic properties--it can help flush water out of your body and promote a thinner appearance. However, the University of Maryland Medical Clinic notes that it is not entirely safe. Dandelion root may trigger allergic reactions to those who have allergies to ragweed, daisies, marigold, chamomile and other plants. The clinic also warns that you may develop mouth sores from this herbal supplement.

    Gastrointestinal Discomfort

The University of Maryland Medical Clinic also notes that the dandelion root in SlimQuick may cause you to experience heartburn and increased stomach acid. Additionally, SlimQuick includes theanine. This amino acid has positive benefits for stress reduction, but medical website Drugs.com also explains that gastrointestinal issues may arise when using theanine-containing supplements, such as SlimQuick.

    Anxiety

Some of the ingredients in SlimQuick may cause anxiety. The supplement contains stimulants such as yerba mate, green tea extract and caffeine, which increase your heart rate and stimulate your central nervous system. The MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia explains that anxiety and depression are possible side effects from caffeine. If you are sensitive to stimulants, you should exercise caution when taking SlimQuick.

You might want to try tracking calories and exercise for a couple of days, before giving up.

A few days? Lol, so you expect to lose like 20lbs in 2 weeks? Using stimulants for weight loss doesn't teach you how to eat. That's where you should start.

I actually drink dandelion tea and haven't had any issues and I'm allergic to grass.

As for the caffeine I drink yerba mate and green tea often, not for weightloss but I enjoy them. Of course, they are better in their natural state than a pill and honestly a pill for tea is just dumb.

Dandelion is not in the grass family.
