Frustrated

I have actually been on MyFitnessPal for a while and this is my first post. I have been frustrated lately. When I look at the breakdown/report of my food consumption I am increasingly frustrated. First off, I am short so I am limited to what seems like a very low number of calories a day (1,200). Despite this low number, I have managed to stay right around that number each day, maybe a little over,maybe a little under. My real frustration comes in that I am over on fat and protein each day! I don't tend to think I am eating fatty foods.... What is a good way to cut down on those? Suggestion?
