    I expected doms from my silliness yesterday (3 gym sessions.)

    Have you considered consulting with a private trainer? They may be able to assess if your soreness is because your technique is off or if you need to change up your fitness routine.

    Try switching from longer duration exercises to a more pure stregnth regimen. So low reps, 3 reps a set with enough weight that you are working hard for that third rep. 3-5 sets with at least a solid minute between of rest. Not other exercised but rest. Cut back or even eliminate extensive cardio and prolonged intermediate weight weight training. This type of lifting should reduce or eliminate soreness while building stregnth and maintaining ROM and mobility. It will also set you up well if you decide to go for more lean mass later.
