Hello, my name is Zach. I'm a student at the University of Louisville. Currently in my junior year, I've gained 60 lbs since high school. I've lost weight before through controlled food and exercise during high school. I went from 240 to 150. Currently at 215. I have experience and knowledge on fitness, though I know it won't be easy to lose it all again. This time around I have the luxury of a fitbit which should come in handy.

My biggest hurdle at the moment is alcohol. My goal is to stay motivated to quit drinking, log my food on myfitnesspal, and exercise as much as I can mentally and physically.

Love the website and app so far. Thanks for reading.

Good luck, Zach- your goals are a lot like my goals. And I'm just about to get a fitbit too, as a motivational tool. I know that giving up alcohol will help with the weight loss but a nice glass of wine at the end of the day (or a cold beer) just sounds so tempting. I can imagine what it might be like as a college student. Hang in there!
