i run, but I'm looking for DVDs that can help with upper body and abdominal workouts, maybe with small weights. Any good suggestions?

I actually did T25, but the squats hurt my knee. Ugh.0

Fitness Blender is my go-to workout site - has been for over a year. They have over 400 different free workouts, lots of variety, and a handy search engine for finding just what you're looking for - target body area, equipment, type of workout (strength, flexibility, yoga, etc), length, difficulty and so on. Good stuff.
They also have 8-wweek programs you can pay for, but the majority of their stuff is 100% free, and 100% awesome. Check 'em out. I always do their workouts in between my running days.FitnessBlender
