Two Questions!

1. I have 400-500 calories left to eat, what would be some good choices? I've already have dinner today, so I'm mildly shocked at how many calories I have left! ( Though, I didn't spend most of the day eating, just had a good, 3 hour walk with the dog, which, would be a factor. )

2. Its my friend's birthday on Friday.. Which, as almost all birthdays do, will have lots of food, sweets, etc. How do I eat healthily, but, still have fun, and not bother her with avoiding everything. ( She doesn't like when I talk about dieting, which, I respect nowadays. )

I've exercised quite a bit this week already, ( 3 hours of walking today, and a good bit on the weekend too! ) So.. Would it be okay to treat myself that day? ( I'd be unable to log the calories, which, has stopped me from doing things before.. )

you could bank those calories for the birthay if you are not hungry OR you could eat some fruit and save the rest of the calories to enjoy on that day.
