I'm wondering what the typical fruit consumption is in the US or other countries. In the UK the mean amongst those who consume fruit is ~120 grams a day, median 87 grams, 95%-ile 330 grams. 28.375 grams in an ounce (30 for mental arithmetic).
Any data in weight units ? (I did find something in "adjusted cups" but that made my head hurt).

Really just depends on the day. Sometimes I have none, sometimes I just have a banana, sometimes I have several pieces. So... I'm not sure.0
