I just started my weight lost journey, and would like some friends for motivation! Add me! So far I'm down 5lbs and 3%body fat since February 15!! I feel AMAZING!!

Hi Carly, excellent work and keep going the way you have been and stay realistic in your goals. Just record everything down, even the bad days (they're usually the most fun) and work on weekly or monthly targets. If you need any help, motivation or just a yarn, feel free to add me0
