So I've dropped my carb intake and am watching my calories, and my darling husband does nothing but feel bad for me! Whenever it comes to something we used to share together (Tuesday movies and pizza or the occasional Indian if we felt like splurging!), he says that he feels guilty because it's "our thing", so he feels bad that I can't join in. I've assured him it doesn't bother me. It doesn't, I'm not hungry! But he does manage to make me feel "bad" for making him eat these things on his own.
He's not the only one either, my family and friends will offer me cider, chocolate, cheese and biscuits, and when I politely decline they're like "oh, I'm so sorry! I forgot!" It's okay, it's not your job to remember that I've decided to be a fussy eater. Please don't feel bad for offering, it was very polite of you, no you're not tempting me. I'm NOT STARVING MYSELF! >.<
