I'm 5''5 and currently 126lbs, I'd love to lose 10 pounds. Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight? Like how many calories should I be consuming and burning? Any help would be appreciated, thank youuu.

MFP will give you your calorie goal if you plug in your stats and your goal. At 5'5" and 126 pounds you are going to have a tough time losing many more pounds. Have you considered working on your body composition instead? At your size you're probably really looking to lose the "jiggle" and gain some definition (tone) rather than losing pounds. Strength training/weight lifting to lose more body fat is going to give you better results than trying to lose pounds through calorie restriction.0
