How long have you been losing that much? When you first start, you tend to lose fast, because of water weight etc. but it generally slows down. What's your daily calorie goal?0

My calorie is 1200 but if I eat the whole 1200 I don't loose anything so I lowered it by eating only 1100 of it than I started seeing movement0 -
If you're losing over a lb a day on 1100, you would certainly lose on 1200.0

First couple of weeks is a lot of water loss, should settle down over time.
After a few weeks you should be losing about that amount per week or less and if you are logging accurately you will definitely lose with more calories0 -
You're losing over a pound a day which would mean over a 3500 calorie deficit every day, I don't even know how that would be possible.0

Sorry but there is no way you won't lose eating 1200 weighing 78g. Looks like you need to tighten up the accuracy of your tracking.
I don't know what was happening but since I started adding 100 quick calories on my diary and eat 1100 calories a day my scale started moving while when ivstarted I didn't loose and it
Capt flacfluctuating within a weeks I could lose and gain in a single week ending up not seeing good results0 -

Weights do fluctuate within the week, that's how the body works - weight on the scale is a lot of water weight which fluctuates based on hormones, sodium, exercise change-up. If you suddenly drop your carbs you'll release a shed-load of water weight - it's normal
However I would assume you have logging issues if you think, with your stats, you can only eat 1100 calories to lose weight .. but then go on to drop 10lbs in as many days
something is off here0
