Hello, I have a belly I am not happy with. Does anyone have any suggestions of workouts to do?

Lose overall body fat percentage, it's the only way to rid yourself of your stomach fat.

Abs workouts are not going to get rid of your belly. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose fat all over your body, belly included. Lift heavy weights.
  • Ditto comment above. Also, check your nutrition. If you are not getting enough minerals and vitamins, you will find you hang on to the fat. You are fairly close to your goal, is body fat the problem, or tone? What are you doing ab wise at the moment? Are you doing enough 'spew worthy' cardio( i.e.: doing it TOUGH)?

Yeah that's about 99.6% of the people on MFP.

Unfort there is no exercise that will specifically target belly fat. You can only generally remove fat. Imagine a plastic bag filled with sand.

Once you get to a certain body fat % there is so little subcutaneous fat left that you start to get definition of abs etc. However, if you were carrying a heap of weight beforehand, more often than not you'll have loose skin and the definition won't show through.

Definitely eat at a calorie deficit to help you get rid of overall body fat because you can't spot reduce where the fat will disappear from your body. If you are wanting some abs exercises to improve core strength while you are working towards losing overall body fat, try kettlebell exercises, bicycles, letters, flutter kicks, reverse crunches, windshield wipers, and planks to name a few.

And please don't go to extremes trying to target the abdominals. There are some reasons to target them in isolation but those are typically specific to repairing imbalances and other significant issues. Your abdominals are used in essentially every activity you perform. Unless your abs are weak enough to prematurely end an exercise they tend to get enough of a workout with no special attention.
