    Honestly, simplicity works for me. Tracking my calories, staying at my calorie goal.. Working out 5 times a week. Strength and cardio 3 times a week, mostly cardio two other days (running or kickboxing, Zumba etc)
    Drinking plenty of water, taking my vitamins.
    No foods are off limits but I try to keep it healthy weekdays and one day a week on the weekend I'm a bit more lax, but still track what I eat.
