Hi I started my new lifestyle on Jan 2nd and have lost a stone, through exercise daily and 1200 calories. . Great. .....but I've now got a shoulder injury and the scales aren't moving. I've become disheartened and my old eating habits are creeping back. What's wrong with me. ..I'm undoing all my hard work. Any advice

Awwww well I just started today, but I think you may be plateauing ................ just keep up the good fight! Sorry about your shoulder, that doesn't help, pain never does, but walking might be the way to go? Hang in there!0

hiyah well done on your weight loss so far. if you cant exercise at the moment just concentrate on accurate logging as this is most important. hope you heal soon. good luck0

STOP IT!
So you can't exercise ...focus on your logging, find more inventive, lower calorie recipes to try whilst you're stuck at home
