back on track

Hello everyone....

I went on a cruise, and now I find it extremely difficult to go back to my workout and healthy habits.... It has been a month, and Im getting some weight back... do you guys have any tips???

    I am in the same place. May was a BAD month for me. Weather got nice and I like to sit outside, have a glass of wine (it lead to 2-3) and then I binged a lot.

    I am now back on track and I do the following: I weigh myself every morning - yes, very controversial as you have to deal with a 2-3 lbs weight gain even if you are on track. Doing this keeps me from stuffing things in my mouth as I have to face the scale in the morning. I then log into MFP and put weight, food and exercise for day. I then read these posts and try to help others which helps me remember what I should be doing!!
