I've just signed back on after 3years. This time last year I was happy with my size after losing 2stone although still had a goal to reach....Then I fell pregnant with my second beautiful son. He is 6weeks old on Saturday and as I'm breastfeeding I am not going on a drastic diet .. Just making sure I eat healthy and regularly instead of skipping meals. My six week check up is next week so once I've been given the Ok by doctor I will be getting back to the gym but I'm just doing light exercise such as walks till then. I'm 184lbs at 5ft 3 and aiming to lose approx 60lb. I need some motivational pals of whom I can encourage also. Feel free to add me...
