I eat a mozzarella everyday to get enough fats and proteins, but this makes me exceed in saturated fats by 6-12.
will this exceed of saturated fats be a problem ?
and an opinion on the way i eat?

Now here's the stats:

9779tkn7jmrp.png

A problem in terms of weight loss - no

But if you eat over your calories every day - it will affect your rate of loss

Are you really doing no exercise at all - 1200 is really low - what are your stats and weight loss per week goal?

Dude you're 19, male, and you have less than 20 lbs to lose-- you need more food. A lot more.

What are your stats? I see you're looking to be around 130 lbs-- how tall are you? What kind of exercise are you doing? Are you vegetarian?

i dont do any exercise and i often eat over the calories, about 1350-1450
my weight loss goal would be 1kg but since i always eat over it it's probably going to be 0,7 kg per week or so

yes i am a vegetarian, and i am looking to be about 133lbs, i dont do any exercise

my concern was that often going over the fats would have some harmfull effect on my body, such as fat stacking in the lower stomach or something like that

    ps: i am 1,77(about 5 feets)meters tall
p2: my life is very sedentary
ps3: i never felt any hunger signs, except in the morning when i wake up and i go eat breakfast right away, never starved myself, when i am hungry i eat

IMO that's way too light for a 5'10" man. Technically it isn't in underweight territory yet but it's getting close. I'm guessing the problem you actually have with your body is one of body composition, not weight. Best advice I can give you if you're worried about stomach fat is to exercise-- preferably lift weights. Eat more food-- there's absolutely no reason for a 19-year-old male to be eating so little. I wouldn't even eat that little and I'm a small, chronically ill woman. As it is you're on a path to lose whatever muscle you do have.

You also really need more protein in general, especially considering how steep your deficit is. I'd add eggs (if you eat them), milk, greek yogurt, beans, lentils, and nuts for starters.

It's a problem that you're a 19 year old male and not eating enough. You need to fuel the machine. The fats are irrelevant.

177 centimeters for 60kgs is 19.15 bmi, wich is above underweight
i aim at 19,15 because i have a lot of accumulated fat in the lower stomach from when i was overweight, anyways i will try to force myself to eat at least 1500calories a day and more proteins and to lift some weights, my concern was understanding fats and saturated fats

If you were my son I'd be telling you to spend less time video-gaming and take your *kitten* to a gym a couple of times a week and start a progressive lifting programme

    Follow something like stronglifts5x5.com

Or if you don't want to 3 x a week do something like this in your home http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/

You're 5.10, Male, 19 and said you wanted to be 133lbs - that's a BMI of 18.7, your new stated goal of 60Kgs is 18.9 .. but we're quibbling over tiny amounts that are within the healthy range, but only just and they are really low .. still if you aspire to looking tall and rake-thin it's totally up to you.

What you seem to be complaining of however is skinny fat - perhaps you would be better with body recomposition - see original points in post

Wii fit. Get moving. That will trim up your belly. When you get to be middle age you will start worrying about your heart and then that saturated fat will start bothering you.
