    I prelog my days (helps tremendously). I park further away when I go places, so I have further to walk. This in addition to my workouts and moderation in eating, keeps me on track.

    I try and pre log my days too, as much as I can. Sometimes it's hard because I might not know what I'm making for supper, but breakfast and lunch are easy since I bring them to work from home.

    For me it's all about moderation and not denying myself anything. I try and work in a glass of wine or two squares of Lindt chocolate several times a week.
