I gained a pound since yesterday and I don't know what I keep doing wrong.

  • Keep your head up!! Don't be too harsh on yourself! Some weeks are better than others (trust me)! Sometimes all you need is a change in routine and to mix it up a little!! You can do it!! :D

    I feel your pain! I'm up 6 pounds since the last time I weighed in. Don't let it ruin your day. Just work through it. Don't give up!!!

    Dont weigh yourself daily. Your weight can swing as much as 5 pounds in a day. Just keep logging and meeting your calorie and fitness goals. If you are staying honest and logging everything you will eventually drop the weight. The scale is just a number. Stick with it. We have all been there

    I'm sorry you're feeling blue.

    Something to keep in mind - unless you ate 3500 calories over your TDEE last week, you didn't gain a pound of fat. I "gain" a bit before my period, or after a day of high sodium. It goes away within a few days.

    Try not to let normal, daily fluctuations bring you down. It happens to everyone, I promise, and it doesn't mean you did anything wrong.
