In my early college years I was around 150 and looking back at old pics I can't believe how much I've changed since then. I can't believe I let myself get to 177, it happened slowly the last 3 or so years so it was easy to ignore!! About 2 months ago I decided I'd had enough of feeling bloated and weak. I started slowly, with not taking seconds at dinner. Then really analyzing and reducing my grazing. I lost about 10 pounds that way, then started MFP to see just how much I was overeating!
It's working and I'm feeling ecstatic that I'm getting back on track to the ME I want to be. I've been doing yoga daily for flexibility, and I'm starting to incorporate some strength training as well.
So that's my story Feel free to add me, I love the supportive community here on MFP!

Agreed - great job! It's awesome you caught yourself and are being kind to your body by taking it slow. You're also super close to your goal already, which is awesome.
Best of luck on your continued success!0 -
