i have recently decided to start working out again. I need some ideas. I used to want to build muscle and bulk up. Now that I've built the muscle I want. I need to change it up and I don't know where to start. I'm looking for a fat burning stamina building work out. I'm 300lbs 6'1" can anyone give me some tips. Clean eating diets? Work out set ups?
