  • I'm 53 i started in late August early September and so far I've lost 29lbs. All i do is log my food i don't really exercise and above all i post what i do. If I eat over my calorie goal i post it. And 1 day a week I go to my maintenance level calorie count so my body doesn't feel starved and I'm not deprived. I hope this helps. Also once you've lost the weight get rid of the fat clothes. If i go back up I'm going to have to buy new clothes that way I can't hide it from myself.
