Hi I'm "crazeetanya83"
I am using this app to help me shed the baby fat from 7months ago. Aswell as calorie counting I am doing easy YouTube videos to get into shape, so if anyone wants to add me or has any tips for me, I would gratefully appreciate it.
Thanks for reading and happy fitness! Xx

Instead of extensive cardio workouts, try factoring in some weight lifting. It doesn't have to be Olympic training or anything, just lift what you can. Lifting will help burn fat, boost metabolism along with toning those muscles! :)

I can't stress enough how much drinking enough water daily makes weight loss easier!
Also, sugar is the devil. Keep at it.
  • Thankyou for the sensible replies and yes I should have known I would get the odd one or two daft replies.
*btw I tell my kids not to stand on yellow none the less eat it!

I am trying to incorporate more water into my "healthy living" especially whilst I exercise, my 7month baby is a good weight for me to lift but apart from him I am not good at strength, I have to do girly push-ups against the kitchen work top lol xx
