Motivation Needed!

I have been here before .. and I lost the weight.. But it's back and my fitness has gone downhill. I had re-occuring shin splints and ankle pain so it stopped me from running. Walking at a brisk pace became hard too after short distances as the pain would flare up. I've seen physios, doctors and specialists who have all recommended different shoes, inserts and excercises but it doesn't take long for the pain to come back.
So after a long rest, I've started walking again with new shoes.. The shins hurt a little, but no where near as bad as they used to- So will see how I go. I need to feel healthy again and I want to be a good role model for my kids!
Any motivation is a big help so if you want to add me that would be awesome and I'll give the same support back!
