Help identifying good snack

For today, I am 127 calories short of my goal, but with only carb and calories protein available. Suggestions welcomed!

    What do you like? Personally, my go-to snack is Dannon light and fit yogurt. 12 grams of protein, and it has carbs too.

    One egg and half a slice of bread.

    Or, if you're not hungry, save an extra 127 calories for tomorrow.

    Even better, save 127 calories per day for several days, then have cheesecake.
