I'm doing a 16:8 Intermittent fasting regimen. What do you do? How has it been working? Feel free to add me.

I used to do 19:5, it was brutal only eating between 12 and 5 but I eventually got used to it. Dropped a lot of lbs, I've never went back to it as it's so impractical around my current life, but it definitely helped me strengthen myself mentally.

    Hi Josh,

I'm a HUGE proponent of intermittent fasting. I've tried all kinds of fasting from 24h once a week to one meal per day. After a lot of experimenting, this is where I've landed:

I drink black coffee in the am and then eat my first meal around noon. Dinner between 6 and 8pm and that's it, only two meals. No snacking. So I usually end up between a 16:8 and 18:6 each day.

I've been doing this for a couple of years and I love the simplicity. I need to make an effort to eat enough protein at each meal, but it's very easy to stay lean on this eating schedule and I'm never hungry because I eat large, filling meals.

Let me know if you have any questions!

I sorta do it. But not intentionally.
I usually don't eat until lunch at around 11:30-1:30, then usually eat my last snack before 9pm.
I do this because that is how I like to split up my calories naturally. I usually have 300 cals or so for lunch, maybe a light snack between riding (after work) and working out, then supper and snacks in the evening where most of my cals are allotted to.

    Hi there,

We OMADers are "the" IF proponents. I myself dropped 173 lbs on one-meal-a-day.
