Back on the wagon after a prolonged Christmas holiday binge !! Looking for a perminanant change and am very motivated to do this! Anyone else with me?

    I'm with ya! I lost about 5 lbs last summer but the holidays got me messed up. But I started this week back on the wagon! Go mfp!
