Dieting and Working Out

hey guys I'm new to the app and community which I fell upon after researching a common problem that seems to be bothering a lot of people. I work out 5-6 times a week doing lots of weight lifting and cardio routines but only see results in strength. I am looking to shred fat off my body though but can't seem to get it right. So now I'm trying deficit dieting and keeping track of my meals starting tomorrow with this app. Wish me luck. Any advice? Note my budget for groceries is usually $50 so if you have any secrets please fill me in. I don't know if you can see my weight but it's 212 I can do 100lbs in Dumbbells I have some serious back muscles from my workout routines plus I do about 10 mins of cardio to warm up and on leg days I do 30 minutes. But guys apart from strength I'm not getting the desire weight loss I'm looking for. I think I'm fat well I know I am. Plus I play rugby at a very high level. I NEED HELP!!!!
